And, where is the rest of the quayside at the Eastern Gap?

We didn't catch any fish there!

Toronto Islands 2004

While researching shore fishing opportunities in the Toronto Area, we took the ferry across the harbor to the Toronto Islands. There we found plenty of weed beds and structure capable of holding fish. It wasn't long before we discovered a pattern and we're catching Northern Pike almost non-stop.

Re: Shore Fishing Toronto

The eglinton flats are full of sunfish and brownbull head. Supposedly there's a few carp and largemouth, but I've never caught any. I haven't fished there since I was a kid, but from what i remember, if you cast out a worm, you'll catch something!

Re: Koi Pond

MIMI, I'm very sorry to hear about your missing Koi. Where exactly do you live? Have you considered that an animal, such as a raccoon, could be the culprit? I know that the person who built this Koi pond had some issues with them eating his fish.

Re: Toronto Islands Northern Pike

That's a nice photo, everything about it is cool and if i'm not mistaken, that looks like a good old reliable Uglystik rod that you've caught the Pike on!
