I believe that is a Georgian Bay strain.. Musky Bill can probably confirm or correct me on that..

How come on Bill's page it says 0 comments next to the pic that we have both commented on? Bill will never answer if he never sees it, is it a Tiger Musky, there's faint lines and markings?

Hey guys....nope, not a Tiger Musky.

Jon, I think you're right, it might be a GB strain. I've heard something about that a while ago. Something about having to restock the lake after it froze solid in the late 50's.
This is just a nicely marked Kawartha fish though....

Musky Bill

Not many people can consistently put musky in the boat like Bill can, especially on Lake Scugog.

Re: Shore Fishing Toronto

The eglinton flats are full of sunfish and brownbull head. Supposedly there's a few carp and largemouth, but I've never caught any. I haven't fished there since I was a kid, but from what i remember, if you cast out a worm, you'll catch something!

Re: Koi Pond

MIMI, I'm very sorry to hear about your missing Koi. Where exactly do you live? Have you considered that an animal, such as a raccoon, could be the culprit? I know that the person who built this Koi pond had some issues with them eating his fish.

Re: Toronto Islands Northern Pike

That's a nice photo, everything about it is cool and if i'm not mistaken, that looks like a good old reliable Uglystik rod that you've caught the Pike on!
