Thanksgiving 2005

I was lucky enough to spend his Thanksgiving for 2005 in Santa Cruz, a huge difference to the previous 11 months where he lived in Mexico. Re: Shore Fishing Toronto

I've caught a pumpkinseed on a worm at Eglinton Flats, and a 12" largemouth using a red and white spoon. I caught the largie from the bridge. Another guy who fishes there says he catches plenty of black crappie there.

Re: Brave and bare handed

Very brave... I've bare-handed a few big skis and there's that moment while slipping into the plate that you know all hell could brake loose. Once you clamp on there's a sigh of relief, but respect. ;-)

Re: Shore Fishing Toronto

The eglinton flats are full of sunfish and brownbull head. Supposedly there's a few carp and largemouth, but I've never caught any. I haven't fished there since I was a kid, but from what i remember, if you cast out a worm, you'll catch something!
