Thanksgiving 2005

I was lucky enough to spend his Thanksgiving for 2005 in Santa Cruz, a huge difference to the previous 11 months where he lived in Mexico. Staying at a friends house high in the California mountains I spent the majority of my time walking around in the woods and watching these wonderful Koi swimming around their little pond.

Re: Yellowtail

Justin, you may be correct however this picture was taken in 2005 and I wouldn't doubt if things have changed there. I'm pretty sure these fish are yellotail amberjack, they're about 16-20" long in this photo. I dont think topsmelt get that big. http://www.mexfish.com/fish/y ltl/yltl.htm

Re: Yellowtail

Sure look like topsmelt to me and I've been there. There are no yellowtail in a tank like that.
